1. Imported stainless steel bearings, anti-rust, anti-corrosion, salt spray test can reach more than 192 hours, far higher than the IP68 waterproof level.
2. Unique PCB patent design, PCB and leads are built into the motor, which can package and solidify the solder joint leads for customers, and directly adjust the wire.
3. The rotating shaft is made of special stainless steel, with special anti-rust treatment such as heat treatment.
4. The disc is made of NdFeB high temperature resistant material, and the surface is treated with special waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment.
5. The stator adopts imported materials from Kawasaki, Japan, and the surface is treated with special waterproof and anti-corrosion treatment.
6. Each motor has a balance test before leaving the factory, and the balance is less than 10mg.
7. In order to facilitate customers to develop and test water and underwater equipment products, our research and development personnel specially designed and printed the blades of this type according to the independent patent design of fluid mechanics, and provided customers with such required motor supporting tests for SW4025 underwater equipment.
